The products referred to in this technical specification are applicable to all kinds of places that require precise control of temperature and humidity: computer rooms, data centers, program-controlled switching rooms, satellite mobile communication stations, etc.

 

 

 2. Product Description


2.1 Product Introduction

The Ebik air-cooled inverter row precision air conditioner is a dedicated air conditioner designed specifically for high-precision constant temperature and humidity computer rooms, data centers, etc. The unit operates smoothly and has the advantages of high efficiency and reliability.

The Ebik air-cooled inverter row precision air conditioner uses advanced inverter regulation control technology, which can automatically adjust the output according to the changes in room temperature to match the environmental load, and the temperature and humidity can quickly converge to the target temperature and humidity range.

The unit is designed with a frame structure, and all components can be conveniently replaced or repaired from the front or back of the unit. The unit is placed between two cabinets, with front air supply and back air return, and the front and back can be isolated to form cold and hot aisles.

 2.2 Product Features

This unit has control functions such as cooling, heating, humidification and dehumidification, temperature and humidity can be set, and the system can work according to the set indoor temperature and humidity state. The control of each function is guaranteed within the set control points and precision control range.

Cooling capacity adjustment function: It can achieve stepless adjustment of cooling capacity output within the range of 30% to 100%.

Temperature adjustment range: +16 ° C to +40 ° C, temperature adjustment accuracy: 1 ° C;±

Humidity adjustment range: 20% to 95%RH, humidity adjustment accuracy: 5%RH.±

 

1) Refrigeration

The direct expansion refrigeration cycle is adopted, and the compressor capacity output is automatically adjusted by frequency conversion to match the environmental load, which is more energy-efficient.

 

2) Dehumidification

The unit automatically controls the fan speed according to the room requirements, thereby precisely controlling the dehumidification capacity of the unit, which can greatly improve humidity control accuracy while dehumidifying quickly.

 

3) Reheat (optional)

When the system needs dehumidification, the unit can start the electric heating to compensate for the cooling capacity as required. The unit is equipped with a PTC electric heater with overheat protection function.

 

4) Humidification (optional)

Use an electrode humidifier to achieve a humidification output of 30% to 100%.

 

5) Group control

Support multi-unit networking for centralized control.

 

6) Remote monitoring

Supports remote monitoring, provides RS485 interface, supports MODBUS protocol. It has three remote functions: remote measurement, remote control, and remote signaling.

 

7) Alarm protection

Fan fault alarm, electric heater overload alarm, humidifier fault alarm, phase sequence protection alarm, system high/low pressure protection alarm, filter clogging alarm, excessively high/low temperature alarm, etc.

 

8) Other functions

The unit has functions such as manual/automatic operation control, shift and backup, fault self-diagnosis, fault alarm record storage, power loss storage/automatic recovery/power-on auto-start, multi-level password, etc. It can also record the cumulative working time of the compressor, fan, humidifier and heater.

5.2 Installation requirements for indoor and outdoor units

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The unit is maintained from the front, so at least 700mm of operating space should be reserved from the front;

The outdoor unit can be installed in a flexible manner, either vertically or horizontally depending on the characteristics of the site;

There should be no obstructions within 4 meters in front of and 0.7 meters behind the outdoor unit's air outlet to ensure smooth ventilation.

At least 1 meter of maintenance space should be left between the outdoor unit and the wall to facilitate maintenance of the unit.

When the outdoor units are installed side by side, there should be at least a distance of 1m between each unit, otherwise it will affect the heat exchange effect.
